Min Aik Technology is committed to cultivating its employees by arranging various annual and non-annual education and training programs to promote employee development. These programs include both internal and external training and adopt diversified teaching methods. Through in-person courses and online learning, the Company provides the most appropriate learning approaches based on different course content and needs to ensure optimal learning outcomes. The training programs are categorized into four major types according to demand: orientation courses for new employees, general courses, professional courses, and regulatory compliance courses. By offering diversified courses and adopting a tailored teaching approach, Min Aik Technology develops corresponding skills for different departments, such as production, research and development, and administrative support. This enables employees to apply what they have learned in their daily work and contribute their knowledge and expertise to the Company. Min Aik Technology complies with labor laws and regulations and safeguards employees’ labor rights and interests. The Company has established a human rights policy that strictly prohibits forced labor and clearly demonstrates its zero-tolerance stance toward any form of forced labor. Through internal announcements and training sessions, the Company communicates its anti–forced labor policy and relevant legal knowledge to all employees, ensuring they understand their rights and the Company’s commitment. In February 2025, a “Prohibition of Forced Labor” training course was conducted for all foreign employees. In April, all employees participated in an online “Deepening Human Rights Education” training course and assessment. In May and June, Carnegie Leadership courses were held. In July, a training session on “Medical Device Regulations, Market Launch Management, and Product Lifecycle” was conducted. In September, online courses were organized, including “AI Seminar: The Mindset Transformation Brought by Artificial Intelligence” and “Information Security Awareness Enhancement Training.”
